These terms govern your access to and use of Nullstack, an open-model regional inference service provided by NullStack.
Nullstack provides high-throughput API endpoints for open-weight artificial intelligence models, automated CLI launchers for coding agents, and optional web search integrations. Access is provided via API keys tied to your active subscription or usage balance.
You agree not to use Nullstack for unlawful activities, to generate content prohibited by applicable model licenses, or to interfere with the security or stability of our infrastructure. You may not attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our routing gateways.
Nullstack does not retain, store, or log prompt text, completion text, or request bodies. Content exists only in volatile GPU memory during the execution of your request. Furthermore, your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models.
Inference runs on GPU and TPU capacity operated by NullStack and, when capacity limits require, on certified third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001 audited) under strict contractual non-retention and GDPR-aligned data processing terms.
All requests are authenticated and routed by our LiteLLM gateway in the European Union. Your API key configuration determines whether model inference is permitted to run in Europe, the United States, or either region. If no permitted deployment is available in your specified region, the request will fail rather than execute in an unpermitted region.
Region selection binds model inference only. It does not dictate where account administration, billing (via Dodo Payments), or authentication (via Clerk) processing occurs.
Subscriptions (Pro at $20/month, Max at $60/month) provide expected monthly token allowances. One-time usage packs ($5 to $100) can be added at any time and remain valid for 90 days from purchase. Web search queries are billed separately at $0.02 per query.
We strive to maintain high service reliability. We may update model weights, endpoints, or terms with prior notice. For questions regarding these terms, contact hi@nullstack.in.
